A comprehensive look at the signs used with people using the services of mental health professionals and/or coping with substance use. The presenter seems to have a lot of experience in this field and shares his knowledge along the way. The signs are clearly demonstrated and explanations are thorough. Lots of spelling doesn’t make for high drama but overall I learned a lot.
